In depth

Verdict

Gaelic Grounds gained his first success under Rules with a game display at Clonmel and a 6lbs rise shouldn't prevent another big effort. The heavier the ground the better for Indifference Curve who ploughed through the Cork mud to score from just 3lbs lower when last seen in April. Whosaidso and Sharadi have both shown promise but SKEHEENARINKY looked in good spirits when scoring over 3m1f here a couple of weeks ago and this shorter trip looks even better for him as he was well clear at today's distance. Oscar Dubh disappointed on his last two starts but the ground may have been too quick for him and he isn't badly handicapped on his victory over Mont Tresor at Wexford in March.
