In depth

Verdict

Lucky Tenner, partnered by Jodie Townend, looked likely to pick up a maiden in the late winter, but has disappointed the last twice and the jury is out at present. In contrast, REBELLIOUS GALE has been improving nicely with his racing and scored with seemingly something to spare when landing a Limerick handicap just three days ago. He should go well again if over those exertions and despite a 7lb penalty. Shantou Lucky has performed consistently well this year and can be expected to run his race and be in the mix once again over a trip to suit and is seen as the leading threat. Marshalled made a pleasing return to action this month and is also well respected.
