After landing a point-to-point at Boulta in November, Clonbanan Lad completed a double in bumpers before failing in the championship bumpers at Cheltenham and here. He's had a break and changed stables but looks a nice prospect. Dani Catalonia won a Tramore bumper in heavy ground in August but ran poorly on his hurdling debut at Listowel last month. He'll need to do much better here and it's OPERATING who is handed the vote. Jessica Harrington's charge did well to win a bumper here in May as his pedigree is all about jumping. He'll stay further in time but this looks a decent opportunity to make a winning start over timber. Jumbo John ran well here in February but disappointed when fancied on his reappearance at Fairyhouse.
