In depth
Verdict
Arabian Dancer, Lady Misha and Jane Jubilee are the three to concentrate on in this first race on the card and we will give the verdict to Arabian Dancer. The selection is a well-bred filly who is the half-sister to a first time out 2-year-old winner. She hails from the Mick Channon yard who have a good strike-rate in these type of events and although she may be better over further in time, if the market vibes are positive she could take a good deal of beating. Lady Misha has the benefit of racecourse experience having showed promise on her two outings to date. She appreciated the step up to 6 furlongs last time and with Paul Hanagan in the plate she could be capable of a big run. Jane Jubilee finished third behind Prince Namid on this track last time and this filly from the Mark Johnston is sure to some on for that run and the slight step up in trip. Of the remainder, Taras Treasure shaped well on her debut over this course and distance behind Mick Channon's Umniya, but that gives our selection a useful form line against the John Quinn filly, and as such Arabian Dancer is put forward as the one to beat.
