In depth

Verdict

Silken Petals made a very encouraging debut at Kempton and normal improvement should see her in contention while May Punch found Catterick's 5f too sharp and this should be more to her liking. Takeyourbreathaway is a half-sister to a two-year-old 5f winner and should have plenty of pace as should WINTER SIEGE, the second foal of a mare from a very smart family. The latter hails from a yard in top form and can make a successful debut though the market should offer some clues to the remaining newcomers with Lady Of Yapham, a half-sister to five winners, possibly the pick.
