        Verdict

        Plenty of runners, but few with a realistic chance. This looks best left to Mizhar, who appreciated the drop in grade last time and he can follow up. Pensioner Birchwood Sun, behind the selection at Pontefract, is expected to finish closer to him on these revised terms, while Persian Fayre, who likes to bowl along, normally takes a race or two to get fit.
