Verdict
Cornerstone Lad is interesting and the market should indicate whether this is a case of blowing away the cobwebs. He has an obvious shout if ready to roll after his absence, although this looks a pretty competitive affair for Class 5 company with plenty of chances. Tajdid makes most appeal of the trio of three-year-olds at the foot of the weights for the Hannon team after a satisfactory return from a break last time and the Fell duo of Daawy and Gift Of Raj should both be in the mix. The choice though is SEPTEMBER POWER, still lightly-raced for a four-year-old and who should arrive here fresh and well after just the two starts - first and second - in the current campaign.
