    Verdict

The final of this series is always trappy for punters to unravel but GIVE IT SOME TEDDY should give us a run for our money. The Easterby gelding, a course and distance winner, has had a decent campaign and his latest effort when coming home in mid-division at Beverley can be ignored as he was unable to find the right gaps at the right time. Down 1lb to a mark of 79, he should go well even if the ground softens appreciably. Hortzadar keeps threatening to land a decent handicap, is respected off an attractive mark of 92 and is seen as the main danger, whilst Perfect Swiss, Sucellus and Delgrey Grey are just a few others worthy of note in a tough handicap.
