In depth

Verdict

CRISTAL SPIRIT (NAP) didn't show much in his first campaign but attracted strong support on his return at Yarmouth last week where he just failed to hold off Immortal Romance. He's entitled to come on for the run and can go one better. Firby showed some promise in his first season and looked like winning on his reappearance at Nottingham only to be caught close home. He's gone up 3l but should have come on enough to give another good account. He's Our Star finished first past at Windsor but was disqualified for interference. To add insult to injury he's been raised 2lb and this looks a bit better race. Global Style looks high enough in the weights on what he's achieved while Nibras Galaxy was beaten 13l into second at Ripon.
