Fox Kasper gained his only victory to date over this trip at Thirsk but couldn't handle a 6lb rise and step-up in grade at Chester. El Jefe is lightly raced and shown the occasional glimpse of ability but it's two years since Jamil won though he's gradually dropping to a winnable mark.
