Verdict

Four of these were beaten favourites last time including Razoni, who has had all of his five starts on Tapeta and has gone up 4lb for finishing second at Wolverhampton. RIBAL showed potential in two starts last autumn and was well supported for his reappearance at Doncaster where he led in the straight until headed inside the final furlong. The ground was heavy that day and today's conditions can see him hang on. Ralph Beckett is in good form and Feud is the type to do better this season but Roaring Legend disappointed when strongly fancied at Newcastle. Coverdale was unlucky in-running when beaten a neck at Pontefract in October and could provide the main threat in a tight handicap.
