Verdict
Three recent winners, Zowington, Algharb and Knot In Wood look the ones to concentrate on here and we will take a chance with the last named. Richard Fahey's gelding is chasing a hat-trick following victories at Hamilton and Doncaster. Although the winning margin was only three-quarters of a length when beating Folga last time, he did appear to have a bit in hand and can defy another rise in the weights. Algharb ran out a smooth winner at Haydock last time and is expected to confirm that form with today's rivals Borderless Scott and Molly Marie. Meanwhile Zowington is very lightly raced and there could be plenty more to come following a recent maiden victory at Wolverhampton. The pick of the others could be Looks Could Kill, but Knot In Wood is hard to ignore in this mood and can make it three wins in a row.
