Verdict
POTAPOVA went to Chelmsford for a 7f novices' contest in November and came away with an impressive victory. She has to concede weight all round but it will take a good effort to get close to her. Copper Queen looked a certain future winner when runner-up at York and Newmarket in October but reappeared with a poor run in a Nottingham handicap. Fire In The Rain wasn't beaten that far on fast ground at Haydock and today's conditions may help while Ella Jo made a promising start at Beverley in August and will be expected to improve.
