    Verdict

    Sophar has beaten only one rival in two starts and has something to find with Mad For Fun and Flying Pickets. That pair were also well beaten over 6f here last time, but the former had been placed before that and the latter has since finished second in a Beverley claimer albeit over the minimum trip. VALLEY ACE isn't one to place much trust in either, but a first-time visor and today's longer trip may see him in a better light after finishing seventh in a seller at York a week ago.
