        Verdict

        It’s never been a bad idea to follow a sprinter in form and RIO DEVA (NAP) has proved to be exactly that in recent weeks. She held on gamely at Hamilton last week and a 3lb rise shouldn’t be enough to stop her going in again. Bond Bombshell did not do a great deal wrong when second here last month and is sure to have her supporters. Dyllan took part in some very hot maidens when trained by Richard Hannon and Ruth Carr drops him back to the minimum trip today. Roaring Rory is yet to win outside of plating company though he is likely to be keeping on stoutly when others have cried enough.
