Verdict

We are going to take a chance on Tyzack here, with Ouef de la Neige, Flash Ram, Sessay and Spartan Spear certainly on the shortlist of possibles for this race. The selection caught our eyes at Haydock last season. He is a good-looking individual but was very coltish as a juvenile although he still gave the strong impression that he had a lot of natural ability. He has now been gelded and should improve for his seasonal return at Warwick, where he attracted some late money but made little show. Turning to the others. Ouef a la Neige has shown plenty of promise on Turf, the best of his form equating to around the mid-70s mark. Many of the others have a bit to find on that based on either Turf or all-weather form, although Flash Ram is one that could improve for the step up to seven furlongs. Sessay's third to Lake Garda at Chester last time reads pretty well and he has place claims, and Spartan Spear is another to consider if you think he can repeat his Doncaster run of last November following a disappointing seasonal return. Finally, Perle d'Or is from a good stable and is one to note if attracting money. Overall, though, we are happy to take a chance on Tyzack.
