    Verdict

Spying is tried in an eye-shield after a couple of modest efforts this year. He would be thereabouts if rediscovering his best form but may find the concession of 3lb to ACADEMY BLUES beyond him. Dandy Nicholls' six-year-old is no world-beater but a reproduction of his second to Extraterrestrial over a longer trip at Thirsk last month would suffice here. Whispered Times looks the pick of the remainder but has been well below-par so far this term and may not be one to rely upon.
