A dual winner over 6f, Lady Captain has the best chance at the weights but CASPER LEE makes more appeal. Nigel Tinkler's charge scored at Thirsk on the only previous occasion he encountered soft ground and is also preferred to Mount Cheiron. The latter has won a seller at Catterick but was still beaten seven lengths when second in testing ground at Redcar last month. Mr Carbonfootprint is going the wrong way so the less-exposed Dark Crystal and Lady Montenegro may fare better.
