        Verdict

        Red River Boy's the pick in the lucky last, ahead of Kyzer Chief and Curio. A big priced winner last time out at Carlisle, he's still well in at the weights with Kelly Harrison again claiming 5 pounds, and has an advantageous draw. He could take all the beating. But Kyzer Chief will be looking to end a spell of seconditis, if he can find an extra gear in the final furlong; among the top weights, Neil Brown can also claim 5. Curio also makes our shortlist; she'd have done better last time out but for being hampered at the start, and could make the frame at a price. But our selection to win is Red River Boy.
