Verdict
Corporal Maddox is a canny old hold-up character but still boasts a career record of 8-66 and will be very dangerous in this company if the gaps drop right for him as he remains a perfectly capable handicapper. Chilworth Icon looks exposed whereas OUT DO looks ready to strike after an excellent run at Doncaster last weekend when just outpointed by Golden Steps in a better contest than this. All 16 career starts have come over 6f but hopefully he will be produced late on in order to get this additional distance. Heavy Metal is both capable and infuriating and we'll let him run and Available rates a more logical place option.
