Verdict
Unex Michelangelo is climbing the weights again but has claims here if translating his all-weather form to the Turf. Gran Maestro was third over 1m4f at Catterick on Saturday but is effective over this shorter trip and is another for the short-list along with Demolition, though the latter carries a penalty and all of his recent form has been in sellers and claimers. Returntobrecongill sprang a surprise at Carlisle in June but hasn't been seen since and Brockfield and Nordic Quest have also had a break. EBONY EXPRESS was keeping on when third over 1m1f at Carlisle and a repeat of that effort may well suffice here.
