      Verdict

      Gemcutter never really got going at Salisbury though wasn't beaten far but COMEDIAN LEADER took a fierce hold at Pontefract and led to a furlong out. Today's much quicker ground can see him hang on. Neither of the remaining duo with experience have shown much but Greenroad and Teresa Grace are both by Camacho and have speedy pedigrees so wouldn't need to be world-beaters to make a winning start.
