Verdict
Pretty Majestic can open her account at the expense of Stormburst, Startolini and a whole host of promising newcomers including Emma's Surprise. Pretty Majestic finished a highly promising second to Richard Hannon's prolific winner Gilded on her debut at Salisbury recently, and on that form she should take all the beating. The daughter of Invincible Spirit will appreciate the easier conditions as well, and it will be a surprise if she does not go close. Stormburst was well backed when beaten at Pontefract last time, but she too should come on for the run and can go well along with Startolini who has that bit of experience, having had two outings already. The dark horse here though could be Emma's Surprise, with the Kevin Ryan stable going great guns at present. They sent out Tender Moments to make a winning bow at the weekend, and if there is any money for this daughter of Tobougg, a half-sister to six winners, then the hint should be taken. However, we are prepared to back Pretty Majestic to go one better in the opener.
