Verdict

TENBY TWO has had the requisite three maiden runs for a mark but he has a stamina-packed pedigree and should come into his own over this trip so gets the nod. Dirty Randy stepped up from last season's maiden form to run a fine race over 1m4f at Southwell so has to be respected while Nothing Compares has experience over this trip and didn't run badly over 1m4f at Beverley. Silver Gleam was staying on stoutly at the finish in that later event while Bodacious Name showed a bit of potential over 1m2f at Newcastle in November and looks certain to be suited by this sort of trip.
