Verdict

GOLDEN SANDS was only beaten a neck by Autumn Festival at Beverley with Albegrey and The Smull further behind. The Johnstons’ gelding enjoys a 2lb pull in the weights with the winner and may turn the tables today if a high draw doesn’t prove a disadvantage. Sweet Mist looks held on collateral form but Letter Of The Law could play a part racing off the same mark as when second at Bath.
