      Verdict

      Ritchie Valens and Pour Me A Drink failed to cope with a rise in the weights last time have both won their penultimate starts at Chelmsford and Ayr respectively. Striding Edge and Fraternity both won over a mile recently with the former scoring by a wide margin at Pontefract. Mark Johnston’s charge is due to be raised by a further 9lb after this and must go close if lasting home but FISHABLE is proven over the trip having returned a clear winner over course and distance with Scottish Summit back in second - Tim Easterby’s colt gets the vote on only his second start handicapping.
