Verdict
YALAWIN ran out of steam over 7f at Kempton in October and was caught close home. He can make a winning return with Roger Varian’s yard remaining in such good form. Wild Acclaim looks next best on his recent second over today’s trip at Pontefract when ahead of both Noble Sword and the disappointing Hitchcock. Black Salt and Harwood have some improving to do if they’re to figure while the 50,000gns yearling Kings Will Dream was sold for much cheaper at last year’s sales but is a half-brother to the smart Leg Spinner among others.
