In depth
Verdict
Karl Burke’s newcomer DELECTABLE is a nicely-bred daughter of Cape Cross out of a Halling mare. She has an entry in a valuable sales race at Newmarket next month having only cost 30,000gns and can make a winning debut ahead of Musselburgh third Mrs Hoo and the exposed Nina Petrovna. The selection’s trainer also runs French Sonnet and she is preferred to the remainder.
