Verdict
Tim Easterby, who's horses are coming back into form after a lean spell, has booked Darryll Holland for newcomer Gasparini, who, along with another debutante Sabbeeh look the main dangers to the selection Chester Le Street. Mark Johnston had three entries at the five-day stage and this American-bred colt, from the family of Dayjur, looks a likely type. The stable have already had a first time out juvenile winner this term and, in a weak looking contest, he looks worth a bet. The Michael Jarvis-trained Sabbeeh, a son of Red Ransom, was a 140,000gns purchase as a yearling but the stable's two-year-olds normally improve for their first start. Those with experience make limited appeal with Miss Mytton, sixth in a Chester maiden on her debut, looking the pick of them.
