      Verdict

      An interesting fillies’ handicap, despite the small field. Lady Alavesa may struggle in this higher grade but the remaining quartet all have a chance of sorts. Black Lotus usually runs her race but she probably needs a more galloping track. Amber Spark made a pleasing reappearance at Doncaster and Existential was better last time at Leicester, though behind Black Lotus at Nottingham in the spring. CAMELOT RAKTI (NAP) has only won on the all-weather so far but there was give in the ground when she finished second at Pontefract in October and she’ll strip fitter for a recent fourth at Kempton.
