In depth
Verdict
Broughton Spirit and Jeepstar have both got chances here, but the selection is Sir Night who has been running well and has the added bonus of having Jamie Spencer on board. Sir Night was disappointing last time at Beverly but has had a month off the track since then and the break could well do the trick. Jeepstar pulled too hard at Haydock on his last outing but could well fare better here if he settles. Broughton Spirit is another who is capable of figuring at the finish, and ran well at Windsor recently without making the places. But Sir Night should have too much for these and is the confident selection to win the finale on the card.
