        Verdict

        Most of these modest sprinters are pretty exposed nowadays and it could pay to stick with BOY WONDER on his return. He made a winning start at Yarmouth back in April with three subsequent winners immediately behind. Ambitious Icarus failed to cope with a 6lb penalty last time for winning over 5f at Beverley earlier and Toboggan Star is preferred having slipped down the weights and finishing closer at Hamilton on his latest start. Bath runner-up Monarch Maid has a 5lb claimer on board given the handicapper refuses to relent while Diamond Blue and Ray Of Joy could both figure off their current marks.
