Verdict
A nice prize and a strong line-up with El Viento looking as though he'll be involved in the finish. Richard Fahey's charge easily landed a Chester handicap before finishing mid-division in the Portland at Doncaster where a low draw did him no favours. SEEKING MAGIC looks the one to be on after his victory in the consolation Stewards' Cup at Goodwood. He's been raised 5lb but Ryan Tate's claim takes care of that and a double beckons. Above Standard looks a danger as he wasn't too far behind at Goodwood while Fast Shot ran his best race for a very long time in the Silver Cup at Ayr and a repeat performance would see him in the frame.
