Verdict

The betting should have a big influence on this though it will be a surprise if CONNAUGHT MANOR isn't a warm order and this half-brother to five winners can make a successful start unless there is something lurking amongst the newcomers who may be a bit special. Port Of The Oak is out of a mare who over hurdles and fences and he's likely to do better when facing a set of obstacles while Jog Along Jack may improve enough for his opening run at Ballinrobe to do best of those with experience. Watch the market for signs of clues amongst the others.
