    In depth

    Verdict

Serena Brotherton partners Clipsham Tiger, who ran his best race so far when third at Bath. Mick Appleby’s three-year-old is one for the short-list along with Brodie Hampson’s mount Letmestopyouthere, also placed last time at Yarmouth. Lunar Deity found only one too good at the same track two weeks ago but DUCHESS OF AVON was second in a higher grade at Newmarket two runs ago and Katy Brooks takes off a handy 7lb here. Haraz was a 100/1 winner under Megan Trainor here 11 days ago but had the run of the race and that form is best taken with a pinch of salt.
