Verdict
EMPEROR'S HOPE showed typical signs of inexperience on last week's debut at Kempton. Slowly away, she made up the ground to finish a close-up fourth at the finish and will know more today. She's just preferred to Double Point and Killing Time, who also showed promise and finished fourth on their respective debuts. Seaham went close at Warwick before disappointing over 5f here last time and the half-brother to four winners, Solo Hunter, makes more appeal than Astral Rose of the newcomers.
