Verdict

Aroha has the advantage of experience though will need to step up on her debut fourth here last month. Born To Destroy represents last year’s winning yard while Shammah is related to winners and preferred to Symbolize and Dark Kris with the latter’s pedigree suggesting he’ll be better over further. But Saeed bin Suroor can get a newcomer ready and has a good strike-rate at the track and WELCOME SURPRISE, from the family of Group 1 winner Dream Ahead, makes most appeal in this opener.
