Verdict
An intriguing affair in that we have four contenders with solid maiden form claims, all of whom have a question mark against their chance. Three have yet to operate over the minimum trip and the fourth has now had four strong chances in ordinary company and finished second each time. Sirajiah is the serial runner-up but has shown the required speed to lead over this 5f trip before failing to see things through late on. She must go close once again but TANASOQ arguably has the stronger form and has frequently shaped as if the drop to today's trip will suit and gets the vote. Catchment is unproven on the ground and has also yet to tackle this trip whilst Menai has been campaigned over 7f on all starts this term. He likes to go from the front though and could well emerge as the main danger if settling into an early rhythm.
