Verdict
Call Me Waki can prove too strong for Rogue, Nightstrike and Kansas Gold. Call Me Waki has been prominent on both outings this year, at Warwick and York, and as he has faded after trying to make all, the drop back to six furlongs is a plus factor. He gets the vote over Rogue who gave a really good account when beaten a head at Haydock the time before last. He should be there or thereabouts and can give the selection most to do. Nightstrike was a beaten favourite last time but is still learning the game and there is surely more to come from Henry Candy's charge, while Kansas Gold has been placed on each of his last two outings and is another to consider for the frame at least. If Call Me Waki sets out to lead here, he can make all to open his account.
