Bongo Fury is the clear choice in this race. The Martin Pipe-trained filly has been in cracking form this season, winning three of her seven start and finishing a close second in the others. She is the sole course and distance winner in the race and should take all the beating. Silver Buzzard looks the pick of the rest. This unexposed four-year-old made it a third-time lucky start over hurdles at Haydock on 7 November and hasn't raced since. His stablemates have been in great form, so look out for improvement from this gelding. Fortunate Dave won well at Warwick in November and did well in a similar race over two miles at Bangor later the same month. However, he was well-beaten in Class E company last time, which followed a poor run in a Class B race at Cheltenham, and this may be prove too tough. Mistanoora is a solid hurdler who won well at Wetherby is November and finished second to Nas Na Riogh on his start over course and distance earlier this season. However, his stable has been out of form recently and he would be no more than an each-way chance. Allude made a promising debut at Kempton, finishing a close third to Bal De Nuit. He should improve for that run. Cape Canaveral finished well behind him in that race, having earned second place on his hurdling debut at Fontwell in December.
