Verdict

Cloud Thunder veered off the track at Kempton last week, taking Warranty with him. Heather Main’s charge is best watched for now. Hystery Bere won a minor contest in France in July but that was his fifth start over timber. He’s had a break and changed stables since and might struggle to give 6lb to fellow French import HUDSON DE GRUGY, a bumper winner in his native country and a staying-on second over course and distance on his UK debut. Letter At Dawn only ran once on the Flat in Ireland but was well beaten.
