Verdict
A tricky end to the day for punters could go the way of Principe Azzuro who faces easier competition than last time; Chief Yoeman and Aztec Warrior appear to be two dangers lurking in the field. The selection was only beaten by a couple of lengths at the line last time out in what was a thrilling finish and the handicapper has possibly underestimated that effort with just a 2lb raise in the weights. The stable are not flying at present but proven on varying ground, a big run should be in the offing. Dunbrody Millar tries the normal fences again having fell over the 'National Fences' last time in the Becher, whilst Crystal D'Ainay comes here on the back of a good win. He is unexposed but this big field will cause some more anxious moments one may imagine. Eric's Charm and Patricksnineteenth both have winning course form and each comes here in good nick, so along with Limited Edition each needs respect. The last-named has some cracking form from last year and if returning in the same form must be a player. Aztec Warrior hasn't quite lived up to expectations yet and may again find this too tough so we will venture back to Principe Azzuro as the one to side with.
