      Verdict

Formerly with Philip Hobbs, Busy Isit made a winning start for new connections when successful at Leicester in December but a 4lb rise for that success makes life tougher and preference is for CHERY D'OR, who gets the vote ahead of Randwick Roar. The last mentioned represents the stable of Gary Moore that has been in good form of late and he has to be respected having been dropped a further 2lbs since his last run. Richard Lee's Borora is capable but inconsistent and may still be shade high in the weights, while Black Hills faces no easy task giving weight away all round. Bob Buckler's Keepthedreamalive ran better at Ascot last time and has to be considered but a bigger threat is likely to come from Jim Old's Thedreamstillalive, who has been running well of late as have a lot of the yard's runners and looks the main danger to Chery D'Or. Few stables have their runners in better form than Venetia Williams and he has every chance back on a more suitable surface having struggled on fast ground at Wincanton when last seen in May.
