Verdict
A respectable case can be made for all in an open Listed affair. First Sitting is more than useful at this level and must be respected whilst Mustashry is just the type of older horse with which his master trainer excels. Progressive throughout last season, he's every chance if ready after a 280-day absence and it's hard to imagine Sir Michael Stoute would bring him here undercooked. Sole three-year- old Connect looked ready for the step-up to this level for the first time this season when impressing at Epsom and is dangerous but EUGINIO may reap the reward for a consistently strong campaign to date. Runner-up the last twice to the likes of Mirage Dancer and more recently Monarchs Glen at Royal Ascot, the Hannon colt is tough and consistent and faces his optimum conditions.
