In depth

Verdict

On Our Way is our recommendation although Atabaas Allure and Blue Dynasty are likely to have their supporters. Henry Cecil's colt looked to be doing all his best work at the end of a seven furlong contest at Lingfield Park and over today's extra furlong and at a much more conventional track, he might be worth a play at the likely odds. Atabaas Allure plugged on at Doncaster over seven. He was particularly easy to back on the day. Blue Dynasty was not cheap at US$170 000. The trip will be sharp enough for him even on debut. Dreamwork qualifies for nurseries after this effort but looks worth persevering with on the efforts of two runs thus far. Khan Tengri is particularly well bred although he didn't show anything at Goodwood on introduction. Hambledon Hill is related to sprinters although curiously showed enough on debut to indicate that a mile won't inconvenience. A maiden that will throw up plenty of winners and On Our Way is the call.
