In depth
Verdict
It was soft going at Leicester when On To Victory won with plenty to spare and he’s raised 6lb and upped in distance along with Trading Punches. It was similar underfoot conditions at Newmarket last month when the latter went close on his reappearance but HOLD SWAY scored over 1m2f at the same meeting. The Godolphin colt beat a subsequent winner in the process and a should make another bold bid upped only 3lb. Ghayyar and Rosarno have both run well with some cut in the ground before but it’s harder to assess the chances of the returning Frontispiece, who made a winning start on fast ground over 7f at Ascot in September.
