Verdict
Bastille Day is upped in class under a penalty as he bids for a four-timer after scoring at Epsom while Sir Roderic is chasing a treble off a 6lb higher mark having won over 7f here. Horrah opened his account at Newmarket last month and goes handicapping for the first time along with another maiden winner EL HAYEM (NAP). The latter scored at Doncaster last time with stablemate and subsequent winner Fidaawy back in third and Sir Michael Stoute’s colt gets the nod on that form. Honiara won a maiden on the all-weather in France but was tailed off in soft ground latest.
