In depth
Verdict
First Order should take plenty of beating here and he gets the vote with Borzoi Maestro and Willhewiz put forward as the main dangers. The selection has been a little disappointing of late but this is significantly easier than some of his recent assignments and on the pick of his form he should be far too good for his rivals. Borzoi Maestro is a game and consistent sort who has been running well all season, so if the selection does not run up to form then he could be the one to profit. Willhewiz was well beaten in a competitive handicap at Kempton last time over 6 furlongs. The drop in trip will not be a problem and he is eased in grade so he has decent place prospects. Tender and Alizar would both have chances on the pick of their form, but First Order should be too good for his rivals here and he is taken to score.
