Penalised for winning a Group 3 last year, Sound And Silence has posted a couple of below par efforts so far this season and finished down the field at York last time along with Haddaf, Rock On Baileys and MOKAATIL. But that was the latter’s first outing since going close in the Cornwallis at Newmarket in October and though closely matched with Sound And Silence on that form, Owen Burrows’ colt gets another chance on these terms. Spoof finished behind the former pair in the Cornwallis but won a handicap at Chester last month while Koditime landed a handicap sprint at York on his reappearance and is worth another try at this higher level. The remainder looks up against it in this company.
