Verdict

MISS CONWAY, winner of this in the last two years, is back on a winning mark. She is bidding for a fifth course victory in total and it would be no surprise if she bounced back after a couple of disappointing efforts on going that was probably softer than ideal. Hurricane Rita was close up when falling on her fencing bow at Worcester and she was badly hampered at the same track on Monday so did well to finish in the places. A race like this looks within her capabilities and she looks a danger. Roman Numeral won at Southwell earlier this month but was behind Reverse The Charge and Indian Voyage over track and trip earlier.
